Foot massage in the right way can relieve you of the pain associated with walking or standing for long periods. Here is a simple recipe that can be used as a relaxing foot massage oil while following the following massage steps.
2 teaspoons of castor oil, jojoba, soybean, or extra-virgin olive oil
3 drops of lavender essential oil
A drop of chamomile essential oil
A drop of musk essential oil
1- Start by sitting in a comfortable position and put your feet on a table at your level of sitting, put a little mixture of oils or massage cream between the palms of your hands and rub well to warm the oil, then start the massage from the ankle to the heel of the foot.
2- Hold the heel of the foot with one hand and your toes with the other hand, then gently roll your foot 5 times clockwise and 5 times in the other direction. This movement softens the joints and relaxes the muscles.
3- To massage the toes, start with the biggest finger, massage gently until you reach the top of the toe, then gently pull it to the top 3 times. This method relieves and relaxes finger pain.
4- Use your thumb to press the ends of your toes hard one by one, then repeat the same movement using the thumb of the other hand.
5- Use your thumb again to press your toes from the top to the bottom, starting with the big finger, then repeat the same movement using the thumb of the other hand.
6- Hold your toes in your hand, and use the thumb of the other hand to gently press from under your biggest toe and down to the metatarsal of your foot. Repeat the same movement on the top of your foot.
7- Press with your thumbs, starting from the heel and following the foot line from the bottom, then repeat the same movement on the top of your foot
